Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Hollycorn N.V. as the operator of the online casino "Boho Casino" accessible to Canadian users via boho-ca.com (project name: Boho Casino). Effective date: 1 January 2026.

By registering an account on, accessing, or using any games or services offered via boho-ca.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any rules, policies, and promotional conditions referenced herein.

The services are operated by Hollycorn N.V., a private limited liability company registered in Curaçao (registration number 144359, registered office address: Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao), under an online gambling licence issued by Antillephone N.V. (licence no. 8048/JAZ2019-015 / 8048/JAZ). Payment processing services may be provided on Hollycorn N.V.'s behalf by Libergos Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus (registration number ΗΕ 371971).

For residents of Canada, including Ontario, the services are provided on a cross-border basis from Curaçao. Boho Casino at boho-ca.com is not licensed by any Canadian provincial regulator and is not listed by iGaming Ontario (iGO). Ontario players and other Canadian users will not have recourse to iGO or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) in the event of a dispute; recourse is available only through Hollycorn N.V. and the Curaçao licensing framework, as outlined below.

These Terms were last materially updated on 6 November 2025 and are applied from 1 January 2026. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services on boho-ca.com.

Definitions

  • Operator means Hollycorn N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 144359, with registered office at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and, where relevant, its subsidiary Libergos Ltd. (ΗΕ 371971, Cyprus) acting as payment processor.
  • Website means the online gambling site operated by the Operator and made available to Canadian users at boho-ca.com, including all related pages, content, and services, as well as the associated project Boho Casino.
  • Boho Casino means the online casino brand and services offered via boho-ca.com.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website and/or creates an Account.
  • Account means a personal user account registered on the Website for the purpose of accessing and using the services.
  • Services means all gambling products and related ancillary services offered via the Website, including but not limited to slots, live casino games, table games and any other real-money or play-for-fun games.
  • Bet or Wager means any sum of money risked by a Player on the outcome of a Game available on the Website.
  • Game(s) means any casino or gambling game accessible on the Website, whether provided directly by the Operator or by third-party game providers.
  • Bonus means any promotional benefit offered by the Operator, including bonus funds, free spins, cashback, or similar incentives subject to specific conditions.
  • Promotion means any offer, campaign, tournament, or reward scheme communicated by the Operator, including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards.
  • Real Money Balance means the portion of funds in a Player's Account derived from deposits and from winnings generated from wagers placed with real money.

  • Payment Processor means Libergos Ltd. or any other third party appointed by the Operator to process deposits and withdrawals.

Account Registration

Eligibility

  • Minimum age: You may open an Account only if you are at least 18 years old and at least the minimum legal age for gambling in your province or territory of residence in Canada (which is 18 or 19, depending on jurisdiction). Where your local minimum age is higher than 18, the higher age applies.
  • Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing online gambling services from boho-ca.com is legal under the laws of your province or territory. In particular, residents of Ontario should be aware that Boho Casino is not licensed or regulated by AGCO/iGaming Ontario and is treated as a non-regulated or "grey/black-market" operator.
  • One account only: You may open and maintain only one Account on the Website. Multiple accounts, including accounts opened under different names or email addresses, are strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

  • To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing a valid email address, creating a password, and supplying other requested information (such as name, date of birth, and country of residence).
  • You must confirm your email address by following the verification instructions sent to the email you provide. The Operator may refuse or delay activation of your Account until email verification is complete.

Verification (KYC) and Documentation

  • The Operator is required under anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) rules to verify your identity and, where applicable, your payment methods.
  • You may be asked, at any time, to provide documents such as:
    • Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or equivalent);
    • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months);
    • Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., redacted bank statement, e-wallet screenshot, or crypto wallet proof, depending on the method);
    • Additional information regarding the source of funds or source of wealth.
  • Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may lead to suspension of your Account, cancellation of Bonuses, or refusal/delay of withdrawals.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • You must keep your login credentials (username, password, and any security information) strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately and change your password.
  • You must not allow any other person, including minors, to access or use your Account. It is your responsibility to secure your devices and internet connection.
  • If the Operator reasonably suspects that your Account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in violation of Applicable Law, it may suspend or close the Account, as described in the Termination & Suspension section.

Regional Compliance Note: Boho Casino encourages Canadian users to gamble responsibly and to use any available account-level tools (such as deposit limits or self-exclusion) where offered on boho-ca.com, in addition to those provided by provincial responsible gambling programs.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • All Bets must be placed via your Account on the Website. Bets cannot be placed by phone, email, or any method other than the Website interface.
  • The minimum and maximum Bet amounts for each Game are set by the Operator or the relevant game provider and are displayed within the Game interface. You are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing a Bet.
  • Bets are accepted in the currencies supported by the Website as specified in your Account. Currency availability may differ for Canadian players and may include CAD or other currencies, as indicated from time to time.
  • A Bet is considered placed, and cannot generally be reversed, once it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your game history.

Game Outcomes and Errors

  • The outcome of each Game is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or by physical game processes (in the case of live dealer games) supplied by licensed game providers.
  • If a Game is interrupted due to technical issues (e.g., loss of internet connection, server crash), the outcome recorded by the Operator's or game provider's systems will be decisive. Game history and transaction logs will prevail in the case of any discrepancy.
  • In the event of an obvious error (including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, winnings, or game malfunctions), the Operator reserves the right to:
    • Correct the error and recalculate the results; and/or
    • Void the affected Bets and restore the stake to your Real Money Balance.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Website, you may not cancel or modify it, except where the Game itself explicitly allows for such actions (e.g., certain live games offering early cash-out options).
  • The Operator may cancel a Bet or void a Game result in the following situations:
    • Technical faults or malfunctions affecting the Website or Game;
    • Evidence of fraud, collusion, use of bots/automation, or other abusive strategies;
    • Violation of these Terms, including Bonus abuse.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • When using live casino games, chat features, or any interactive service, you must behave respectfully and must not:
    • Harass, threaten, or insult dealers, other players, or staff;
    • Use racist, sexist, hateful, or otherwise offensive language or content;
    • Promote illegal activities, share personal data of others, or advertise other services or websites.
  • The Operator may mute, restrict, or permanently block your access to live chat or other interactive features if you breach these conduct rules.
  • Any evidence of collusion, unfair advantage play, exploitation of software bugs, or the use of unauthorized software (including bots or scripts) may result in cancellation of affected Bets, confiscation of winnings, and closure of your Account.

Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in these Betting & Gameplay Rules overrides your statutory rights under any mandatory Canadian consumer legislation that applies to you.

Bonus Terms

General Conditions

  • Bonuses and Promotions on boho-ca.com are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time, subject to Applicable Law.
  • Each Bonus or Promotion is governed by:
    • These Terms; and
    • The specific promotional terms published on the Website at the time of the offer.
    In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
  • Bonuses are intended for recreational play by individual Players. Commercial use or abuse of Promotions is prohibited.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Eligibility for Bonuses may depend on factors such as your country of residence, deposit method, or prior participation in other Promotions. Not all Promotions are available to all Players or in all Canadian provinces.
  • To activate a deposit Bonus, you may be required to:
    • Meet a minimum deposit amount;
    • Enter a Bonus code; and/or

  • Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (for example, 30x the Bonus amount or 30x the Bonus plus deposit). The exact requirement will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
  • Until the wagering requirement is met:
    • Bonus funds and associated winnings remain non-withdrawable; and
    • Attempted withdrawals may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.

Timeframes, Game Contribution, and Maximum Bets

  • Bonuses are usually subject to an expiry period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If wagering is not completed within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.
  • Different Games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically:
    • Most slots contribute 100%;
    • Table games and live casino games contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded;
    • Jackpot games usually do not contribute.

  • When playing with an active Bonus, a maximum Bet per round/spin may apply (for example, a specified amount per spin or hand). Bets above this limit may be considered Bonus abuse and can lead to cancellation of the Bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse

  • The following conduct is considered Bonus abuse and is prohibited:

  • If the Operator reasonably determines that Bonus abuse has occurred, it may cancel the Bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close or restrict your Account.
  • Bonuses from different Promotions cannot usually be combined unless explicitly allowed. You may have only one active Bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

  • The Website may support various deposit methods, which can include:

Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

  • Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may perform additional KYC/AML checks and request documentation, as described in the Account Registration section.
  • Internal processing times for withdrawals are typically stated on the Website. Additional delays may occur due to third-party payment processors or banks, especially for cross-border payments to Canada.
  • The Operator may set minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, week, or month. These limits will be specified on the Website or in your Account area.

Fees, Currency Conversion, and Chargebacks

  • The Operator may charge reasonable fees for processing certain deposits or withdrawals, particularly international or currency-conversion transactions. Any such fees, where applied, will be disclosed or passed through from your payment provider.
  • If your Account currency differs from the currency of your payment method, deposits and withdrawals may be subject to exchange rates and fees determined by your bank or payment provider. The Operator is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
  • In the case of chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you with your bank or payment provider, the Operator may:
    • Freeze your Account;
    • Recover any amounts owed from your Real Money Balance or future deposits;
    • Provide transaction records to dispute the chargeback.

Refunds and Reversal of Bets

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. The Operator may, at its discretion and only in exceptional circumstances, consider refund requests for unused deposits.
  • If a Game or Bet is voided due to error or malfunction, the Operator may:
    • Return the stake to your Real Money Balance; or
    • Re-credit any affected Bonus credits, where appropriate.

Financial Safeguards and Risks

  • Funds in your Account are held by Hollycorn N.V. and/or its appointed processors, including Libergos Ltd., in the ordinary course of business. According to the information available, there is no public verification that player funds are held in a segregated trust account or that the Operator publishes audited financial statements.
  • In the event of insolvency or similar financial difficulties of Hollycorn N.V. or its processors, there is a risk that some or all of your Account balance may not be recoverable.
  • If you use cryptocurrencies, you are solely responsible for any risks associated with volatility, blockchain network delays, or transaction irreversibility.

Regional Compliance Note: Cross-border payments between Curaçao/Cyprus and Canada may be subject to additional scrutiny, delays, or fees under Canadian banking and AML rules. You should consult your financial institution for details.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • The Operator undertakes to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, to:
    • Operate the Website and Games in a manner consistent with its Curaçao licence from Antillephone N.V. (licence 8048/JAZ2019-015 / 8048/JAZ);
    • Use recognized game providers that employ certified random number generators or appropriate live game mechanisms; and
    • Maintain reasonable technical and security measures to protect the integrity of the Services.
  • The Operator will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the Website (including balances and results) is accurate; however, occasional errors may occur.

Exclusions of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • Any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials;
    • Interruptions, delays, or technical failures of the Website, internet, or your device;
    • Losses resulting from misuse of your Account by third parties (unless such misuse results from the Operator's negligence);
    • Indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.
  • The Operator is not responsible for compliance with local gambling laws outside of Curaçao. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your province or territory in Canada.

Maximum Compensation

  • Where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a specific Bet, Game, or transaction, the maximum liability will not exceed:
    • The amount of the Bet or Wager placed; or
    • Where liability relates to your Account balance, the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the relevant time, subject to any withholding required by law or these Terms.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud, or any mandatory statutory rights you may have under Canadian consumer protection legislation.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, code, databases, text, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, audio-visual material, and user interface, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and its licensors.
  • The name and branding of Boho Casino associated with boho-ca.com, as well as the project name Boho Casino, are protected and may not be used without prior written consent of the Operator.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Website or software (except to the extent permitted by law);
    • Distribute, transmit, sell, rent, or otherwise make available any content from the Website to third parties without permission;
    • Use any automated tool (such as spiders, robots, or scrapers) to access or interact with the Website, except as required for search engine indexing in accordance with robots.txt (if applicable).

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
  • If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account. Any Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with these Terms and any applicable withdrawal procedures.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

  • You may close your Account at any time by following the account closure process on the Website or by contacting customer support (using the channels provided on boho-ca.com).
  • Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance may be withdrawn, subject to:
    • Completion of KYC/AML checks and any pending investigations;
    • Compliance with withdrawal limits and procedures; and
    • Deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
  • Any active Bonuses, including Bonus Balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements, may be forfeited upon closure.

Suspension or Termination by the Operator

  • The Operator may suspend or close your Account, with or without prior notice, if:
    • You breach these Terms or any applicable Game or Bonus rules;
    • The Operator suspects fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
    • You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification;
    • You initiate chargebacks or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions;
    • You engage in Bonus abuse, collusion, or use unauthorized software/tools; or
    • The Operator is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
  • During suspension, you may be unable to place Bets or withdraw funds, pending investigation.
  • If your Account is permanently closed for breach or misconduct, the Operator may:
    • Void or confiscate Bonuses and associated winnings; and
    • Retain some or all funds where necessary to offset losses, chargebacks, or damages, to the extent permitted by law.

Dormant and Inactive Accounts

  • If you do not log into your Account for a prolonged period (as defined on the Website), your Account may be deemed inactive or dormant.
  • The Operator may contact you using the last known contact details before applying any dormant account procedures. Such procedures may include closing the Account and handling remaining balances in accordance with Applicable Law and internal policies.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • You and the Operator agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or the Services will first be addressed by contacting customer support and attempting to resolve the matter amicably.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may, where applicable, submit a complaint through the Antillephone N.V. licence framework, including by using the licence validator resources available at:
  • Subject to the foregoing and to any non-excludable rights you may have to bring proceedings in your local courts, the courts of Curaçao will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Regional Compliance Note: For residents of Ontario and other Canadian provinces, there is no oversight or dispute-resolution mechanism provided by iGaming Ontario, AGCO, or other Canadian gambling regulators in relation to Boho Casino at boho-ca.com. Your primary recourse is with Hollycorn N.V. and, where available, the Curaçao licensing framework.
